If you were wondering NCLB seriously is a major scam. Granted there is plenty wrong with public education. No Child Left Behind is not the cure.

Guess how many billions of "education" dollars are going to the companies that produce, print, distribute and grade all these "standardized, bullshit tests"? Guess what the qualifications of the test evaluators are?....can you say 'off-the-street-minimum-wage' jobs?
